Potty Training

We started on a new journey the 2 weeks before I headed back to work, potty training Elijah. We have had awesome success with this, as he's gone most days accident free! Grandma gave him some Thomas undies and we've used them as a bargaining chip as we've gone through this process. We have given him a choice of a sticker with each time on the potty and then him and Alex get a piece of candy. The piece of candy for both of them has been an awesome bargaining chip because Alex has offered additional peer pressure to succeed with keeping his pants dry. We're still working on him telling us when he has to go, but he does fine for now at holding it until we put him on the toilet. He has successfully filled a full sheet with his stickers and will be starting on a new sheet tomorrow.
