On Tuesday I took Elijah to his 4 month appointment (yes, he was 5 months old, I know!) Here are his numbers, he's quite a bit bigger than Alex at this age:

Height: 27 Inches (89th %)
Weight: 18 Pounds 7 Ounces (86%)
Head: 17 3/4 (93%)

Alex Measured as follows at that age:

Height: 26 1/2 inches
Weight: 14 pounds 3 ounces
