One child?

We spent last weekend with a walk down memory lane. Alex spent the weekend with Grandma and Papa, and Jeremy and I enjoyed a weekend with one child again. It was fun for all of us to have this time together, but we definitely were glad to be home with Alex come Sunday night. When we got to Grandma and Papa's to pick Alex up, he was napping, but when he woke up everyone, including Elijah, was excited to see each other.

Grandma says that they barely left their house because all Alex wanted to do was to go to Grandma's house and play. He enjoyed tons of time playing with the trucks outside, digging in his pile of dirt Papa made for him. When I was on the phone checking up on him on Sunday, he was "watering the flowers" which resulted in wet shoes and a wet Grandma! :)

As far as what we did while he was gone, we had a list of things we wanted to get done, needless to say, we didn't make a dent in that list, but enjoyed our lazy time together!

Next weekend's theme is one parent instead! We'll see how it goes.

Wrapped up in the Moby
(we were given the hint to put him in this to put him to sleep, it works like a charm!!)

Learning to sit up!
(soon after this picture was taken, he took a nose dive! Not quite there yet)
