Happy Fourth!

A little behind times here! We headed out to the local 4th of July parade in the morning on the 4th and braved the rain to catch a little candy. After the parade we met up with friends to play at the park, the weather had cleared and was already pretty humid by then. We found out by the time we got home that Alex was coming down with something and wasn't himself for the rest of the night, or weekend for that matter. We kept him up way past his bedtime just to give him his first memorable experience of fireworks, which he liked more than the pictures make it seem!
