Just a quick update on our progress at home, we are less than a month from the new baby!! I was just looking at the gender poll on the side and had a small panic attack as I saw 26 days until April 3rd. The baby is currently measuring the same as I did with Alex, meaning most likely we will have another big baby on our hands. We'll never know what a 'newborn' feels like, because our children are born the size of a 2 month old! :)
Alex is currently adjusting to the presence of baby things in the house, such as a baby crib, his old room being reconverted to the babies room, baby swing, diapers and clothes. We made a trip to the library to get books about being a big brother, and we read those at bedtime. His favorite right now is Arthur's Baby, he's getting to the point that he has the words memorized. We have a gift set up for the baby to "give" him when we come home, but we're currently on the look out for the perfect gift for Alex to give the baby. Any ideas are welcome!
