8 Easy Steps to a Freezer Meal Workshop!

Step One: Pick out your bundle	Around the World, Crockpot Creations, Comfort Foods, Everyday Meals, Figure Friendly, Get Your Grill On, Savory Selections, Simple Gourmet or Veggie Medley
Step Two: Make your Wildtree payment for your Wildtree bundle	All workshops are $75 for Wildtree products and all paper supplies provided to you, **Bonus** Get 8 people signed up, as the host, and you get your bundle FREE!!
Step Three: Receive a shopping and preparation list from me, your Wildtree Rep	This will be emailed to you, following confirmation of enrollment!
Step Four: Shop for your items	Estimated grocery costs are anywhere from $50-100, dependent on your choices of meat quality and chosen menu.

Step Five: Prepare your items in assigned bags as directed in your instructions	This is estimated to take one hour, dependent upon your interruptions. The emailed directions assist you in organizing your meal bags.
Step Six: Load your items in a cooler (wheeled if you have one, to save your back) and bring them to the workshop.	This is where the true fun begins!
Step Seven: Add your Wildtree products at the Workshop, preparing your meals for the freezer.
Step Eight: Take them home, put them in your freezer and pull them out the day before, to prepare, as directed in the recipes you’ll take home with you from the workshop!
